Consignor Info

Consignor Homepage

Saint John Kid’s Kloset (SJKK) holds two sales per year, one in March for spring/ summer items; another in October for fall/ winter items.  For Spring 2022, we hope to offer both an online and in person sale.  One registration will cover either or both sales.

Registration for our Spring 2022 sale opens in January (watch for the exact date!).  Please visit the Consignor Homepage to register for our upcoming sale.  Consignors have access to early shopping  as well as earning at least 60% of their sold items.

We also hope that you will consider volunteering.  We cannot run our sales without our wonderful volunteers and because of that we offer volunteers even earlier shopping privileges PLUS an extra 10% commission on sales!

important things to know:

Delight A Child

  • An online, computerized system is used which includes registration for consignors along with the ability to work with inventory, tags, etc.; scheduling drop-off appointments and volunteer shifts. Click for more info

  • A consignor may submit between 20 and 150 items for each sale. Please note that many smaller items, such as books and accessories, may be sold in sets. Each set is priced and sold as one item.

  • Consignors choose which of their items they want to discount.

                    • After the sale, unsold items marked for donation are sent to various charities, not only locally, but outside our community as well.

FINANCIAL INFO

All Consignors receive 60% of SOLD items.  Any Consignors who volunteers receives an additional 10%. The portion Saint John Kid’s Kloset retains is dedicated to furthering the welfare and education of God’s children in this community and beyond.

Registration Fee is $10. This $10 registration fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of registration and must be paid prior to registering.  The system will walk you through the process.

After paying the registration fee, you MUST click the  “Return to Saint John” link or your registration will not be processed (but you WILL be charged for the fee!).

The easiest way to pay is via PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account; you can pay by credit or debit card from the “Buy Now” PayPal button.

A consignor who does not enter inventory by the deadline will not be refunded the registration fee.  We still ask that you unregister if you realize that you will not be able to sell after all.  This will free up the spot for another consignor.

If you prefer to pay by cash or check or if you are donating 100% of your sale proceeds to Kid’s Kloset (in which case we waive the fee), please contact Info@stjohnkidskloset.com.   Please note that your consignor spot will not be held until we have payment or verification of your 100% donation and can process your registration.

Consignor proceeds from the sale are made by check within 14 business days after the sale closes.
